The newest addition to Seminyak’s hub of wining and dining, URCHIN – Bali offers a modern Australian style of seafood , inspired by the sea.

An entire menu at the “Raw Bar” and a large part of the entrees in the main dining room is devoted to raw dishes from coral trout carpaccio with fennel pollen, dill oil and broccoli, tuna tartare with soy, mirin, caviar and enoki mushrooms, house cured salmon pastrami, cones of hamichi and the name’s sake egg!
